Purpose: The Biddable Lead will act as liaison between the Digital Lead, digital planning team and their team of biddable specialists to ensure smooth, accurate, and effective implementation and optimization of clients’ digital media campaigns.

Strategy
•Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and how they relate to social media advertising.
•Be well versed in brand safety and viewability as well as be able to implement the required controls put in place to help us protect our client’s brands.
•Interpret the data provided by all the digital marketing platforms to optimise and provide actionable insights and recommendations for better campaign performance.
•Maintain a firm understanding of how digital marketing fits into the media mix and the relationships between digital and other types of media.
•Conduct audience, placement, and platform research to help inform clients paid media strategies

Team Management
•Manage team performance on spends, KPI’s, time sheets, campaign optimisations.
•Act as liaison between the search/social team and client leads to manage client expectations on performance and deadlines. 
•Attend key client meetings to present results and provide recommendations on how best to spend their money.
•Conduct regular check ins with team to discuss portfolios and what can be done to improve performance.
•Work with your account team to ensure compliance with any customer defined service level agreements and performance standards.

Operations
•Maintain a firm understanding of how to implement and optimise end to end Digital Marketing campaigns across all major platforms (Google Ads, Youtube, DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) based on brief parameters and media strategy in accordance with best practice.
•Leverage first party data for targeting and insights
•Proactively identify concerns / issues and assist in problem solving and updates.
•Develop targeting and budgeting recommendations
•Have an in depth understanding of the various ad formats and targeting options offered by all major platforms, how they are used to achieve client objectives and how to implement them.
•Produce useful and accurate reporting on all digital marketing activity as and when required by company process, the client and/or your client management team.
•Manage and control client spends diligently and in line with company process across all channels.
•Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns deliver on internal performance requirements which will be directly linked to client key performance indicators (KPI’s) across multiple objectives
•Leverage our relationships with partners to assist in the set up and/or optimisation of client campaigns/accounts
•Report back to on a regular basis providing updates and insights on progress.
•Assist with invoicing, ensuring that all platform invoices are correct based on specifics for Purchase Orders and Billing Entity Details.
•Set up and run campaigns as and where required based on team capacity
 
The Ideal Candidate 
•At least 7 years of biddable experience. 
•Experience managing teams larger than 3 people.
•Google certifications (including Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Analytics, DV360 etc.)
•Social Certifications (Blueprint, Flight School, LinkedIn etc.)
•Extensive knowledge of bid strategies, understanding of benefits and trade-offs.
•Strong written, verbal and presenting skills
•Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong attention to detail
•Marketing background with an emphasis on digital and paid media/advertising
• Ability to work under pressure
•Deadline driven
•Self-Motivated and Organized with a keen eye for detail
•Works well individually and in a team
•Understanding of agency reporting and optimization processes.
•Knowledge of the local digital publisher landscape.
•Ability to analyse data and provide insightful recommendations.
•Knowledge of HTML and User Experience (UX) is desirable.
•Google Analytics Experience is a plus
